We had a very successful meeting on Thursday evening and are now asking for people to help us in the following ways:
1 People to read the Bidding Prayers in their own language and in English.
2 Youngsters to process in with flags at the start of mass.
3 Symbolic gifts to represent your country at the offertory. (These are to be collected at the end of mass, not kept!). Examples might be pottery, artwork, sombrero hat etc.
4 We need people to bring a plate of food for sharing in the Hall afterwards.
5 Please wear national clothing to the event.
