The Bishops of England and Wales have invited all parishes to have a period of Adoration uniting the faithful in focusing on the Eucharist with renewed and deepened devotion in anticipation of the 2025 Jubilee Year.
On Saturday evening there will be Adoration for a quarter of an hour after Mass, followed by Benediction.
On Sunday following the 11.00 am Mass there will be Adoration through the afternoon until Benediction before the 5.30 pm Mass.
It is hoped that Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion might like to pray together in the church between 3.30 and 4.30 pm.
Thank you to the parishioners who have agreed to remain with the Blessed Sacrament during the afternoon. We would not be able to have Adoration without your presence.
