Our Coronation Tea Party on Monday was a great success. The Hall was packed with friends and parishioners having a wonderful time and the sandwiches, cakes and lovely bits to eat were delicious. Thank you so much to Sue Owen and her outstanding team of helpers, the CWL, Rose Remedios for the musical entertainment, Victoria for her impromptu singing and to Michael who acted as butler and MC.
The Tea Party was planned as a social event, but thanks to the very generous donations to the raffle, the donations of cakes and bubbly, we ended up with over £500 profit.
