This will be in line with the latest guidelines from the Bishops Conference.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The bishops have also issued a teaching document about the character of the Christian Sunday &#8211; it is hoped to restore the obligation to come to Mass on Sundays and Holy Days at the beginning of Advent, the end of November.
