\"\"Thank you for your patience and understanding during the closure of St Edmund\u2019s. We hope to open our doors for the vigil Mass on Palm Sunday, so that once again the empty space can be filled with people.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are guided by the Bishops of England and Wales Conference in how we carry out these special church services: they will be shorter than is usual, with for example, fewer readings, no congregational singing, no washing of feet or veneration of the cross, no altar of repose.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most importantly though we still have to observe strict protocols on social distancing and sanitizing so that admittance to every service will be by pre-booked ticket and masks must be worn.<\/span><\/p>\n

Details of how to book your seats will be emailed to you shortly.<\/span><\/p>\n
