This is a full time job\u00a0(0900 \u2013 1700 Monday to Friday) and is offered initially on a\u00a012 month fixed term contract. The key areas of work are\u00a0administration of the DBS Disclosure application process,\u00a0maintenance of national and local databases, administrative support to the Safeguarding training programmes and\u00a0assistance in delivery of training as necessary, maintaining\u00a0and updating of policy documents, forms and procedures\u00a0and taking notes at safeguarding meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the safeguarding\u00a0of children and vulnerable adults and will preferably have\u00a0experience of working in this area. Excellent IT and communication skills coupled with evidenced understanding of\u00a0confidentiality are also essential.<\/p>\n<p>Salary: \u00a323,000pa &#8211; \u00a325,000pa depending on skills and\u00a0experience.
