It is run under the motto \u201cInformed prayer and prayerful action\u201d and is celebrated annually in over 170 countries on the first Friday in March.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Our service for this year\u2019s World Day of Prayer will take place at St Edmund\u2019s at 3.30 pm on Friday 1st March.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The service this year has been prepared (many months before 7 October 2023) by the women of Palestine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please put the date in your diary and come along.
